The Hull FC Community Foundation is delighted to report great success from the ‘Step Into Employment’ programme.
Developed in partnership with Humber Learning Consortium, the programme supports individuals and groups facing the most complex barriers to work.
Recent figures show that four learners have now progressed into employment as a result of support from the Community Foundation.
In addition, as many as 24 learners have progressed onto further education courses, furthering their employability status. 14 have progressed onto a Level 2 course, whilst the other ten have now moved into a volunteering role.
Through the Step Into Employment programme, a total of 75 qualifications have been achieved, with some learners staying with the Community Foundation to study more than a singular course.
