Match Fit is a gym session for men that aims to improve your physical and mental fitness in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.
Each session will involve a variety of different styles of training in order to keep the sessions interesting and engaging. This includes weights training, HIIT training, circuit training and cardiovascular training.
Whether you are a beginner, or an advanced trainer, these sessions are adaptable for all abilities. Match Fit is led by qualified Hull FC personal trainers who are able to support you and your needs individually. As well as improving your physical fitness, the social component of the group training will help build your motivation and confidence.
