Touch Rugby
Touch rugby league, also known as Touch, is a variation of rugby league that uses minimal contact and is suitable for all ages and abilities:
- How it’s played: Players touch opponents with their hands on any part of the body, clothing, or the ball, instead of tackling.
- Equipment: Requires minimal equipment.
- Playing field: A rectangular field marked by cones.
- Number of players: Two teams of players on the field.
- Scoring: Players score by grounding the ball in the in goal areas.
- Benefits: A fun, healthy way to get involved in Rugby League, whilst building fitness levels and social interaction.
Session Details: Hull University Sports Centre, Astro-Turf Pitches, Wednesday, 6pm – 7pm
