Unity is a partnership project between Hull FC Community Foundation, National Lottery Community Fund and Macmillan Cancer Support, designed to provide men living with cancer a space to connect, share experiences, and access support.

What We Offer:

• Group Conversations: Share personal stories and coping strategies with others who understand.
• Social Activities: Engage in board games, quizzes, and traditional pub games to build new connections.
• Physical Activity: Mindfulness walks and light exercises to support physical and mental health.
• Mental Wellbeing: Learn coping techniques and stress management skills.
• One-to-One Support: Personalized guidance from Macmillan volunteers.
