The Hull FC Community Foundation has added a series of dance camps to its busy festive schedule of junior activities in the week leading up to Christmas Day!
The Community Foundation has already announced details for its upcoming Rugby League and Energise Club camps later in December, and bookings are now open for juniors to take part in some fun dance camps.
Like the Rugby League and Energise Club camps, the dance camps also form part of the Government’s Holiday Activity & Food Programme, which provides healthy food and enriching activities to a proportion of disadvantaged children in the form of free meals!
In addition, the dance camps are free to attend, helping people combat the current cost of living crisis.
The camps will be centred around fun dance activities, with participants able to learn new dance moves, techniques and routines to different genres and styles of music.
The camps are for school children aged between 5 and 11, taking place at the Allam Sports Centre at the University of Hull – the same site that Hull FC’s first-team are based at!
Monday 19th December will mark the start of the dance camps, which also run on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st, with all sessions beginning at 10am and finishing at 2pm.
Participants will get to learn from the same team that leads the Hull FC Cheer & Dance team that can be seen performing on match days at the MKM Stadium.
