Fit4FC sessions aims to support your physical and mental wellbeing, by allowing participants to engage in a variety of fitness and gym activities, as well as socialise and make new friends.
Classes will involve gym activities that is adaptable to all fitness levels, as well as time to socialise with fellow participants.
These fitness sessions are a fun and friendly way of getting fit and are led by Hull FC’s qualified personal trainers, who are there to support and guide participants throughout the session.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced trainer, these sessions are tailored around each individual’s needs.
Sessions take place on Wednesday evenings, 7pm – 8pm at the Allan Sport Centre (Hull University, Inglemire Lane, HU6 7TS).
