Let’s Move
Let’s Move is a fun and engaging 6-week school health programme designed to empower Year 6 children to improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle. Through a mix of interactive activities, sports, and wellness workshops, this programme equips children with the tools and knowledge to lead a healthy and active life, both now and in the future.
What’s Included:
• Weekly Physical Activity Sessions: Led by qualified instructors, students participate in exciting, age-appropriate activities that promote fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. From rugby and football to dance and obstacle courses, each week introduces a new challenge.
• Healthy Eating Workshops: Children learn about balanced diets, nutrition, and making healthier food choices. Fun cooking challenges, food label games, and hands-on experiences help students understand the importance of eating well.
• Interactive Learning: Through games, quizzes, and group discussions, children gain practical knowledge on subjects such as hydration, sleep, and the benefits of physical exercise.
