The Hull FC Community Foundation’s competition to be a mascot has now closed – and we are delighted to confirm the winner is Eleanor Thompson.
Eleanor was one of over 100 applicants to experience the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity at the MKM Stadium, and she only has less than a fortnight to wait until the big day.
She will enjoy a day to remember as an official mascot on Sunday 3rd March, as Hull FC play host to Super League newcomers London Broncos.
With the chance to meet the players, play with Airlie & Girlie Bird, and run out with the players as they make their way onto the field for kick-off, being a mascot at Hull FC is a special experience.
She will also be able to watch the players warm-up ahead of the match, whilst also having a professional photo taken with her #1 favourite player.
As a souvenir from the day, Eleanor will receive a lanyard to take home. Plus, her name and picture will be up in lights on the big screen and on social media.
