Part of a series of free, accredited programmes run by the Hull FC Community Foundation, adults are being offered the opportunity to earn a Level 1 Qualification in wellbeing.
Running on three days a week, the Level 1 Qualification will help learners aged 19+ have the opportunity to progress into a range of sectors within the broad wellbeing landscape, including the likes of nutrition and mental health.
The qualification aims to develop each learner’s understanding of a variety of wellbeing topics and the impact they can have, as well as enhancing each learner’s knowledge of a variety of topics relating to personal wellbeing.
As a result of undertaking the Level 1 Wellbeing qualification, learners will have a better understanding of the impact certain lifestyle choices can have. It will also help them make informed, healthy choices in their own lives.
This qualification is designed for learners with an interest in developing knowledge of their own and others’ wellbeing. It provides learners with a range of flexible units to suit their individual circumstances and interests.
Candidates must be aged 19 or over to undertake this qualification.
The free course will run for three days a week, from 10am until 3pm.
