Fit4FC sessions are designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing in a welcoming and inclusive environment. These sessions give participants the opportunity to take part in a wide range of fitness and gym-based activities, while also providing valuable time to socialise, build confidence, and make new friends.

Each session includes a variety of exercises that can be adapted to suit all fitness levels, from complete beginners to more experienced gym users. Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, boost your mood, or simply try something new, the programme is tailored to meet individual needs and abilities.

Led by Hull FC Foundation’s team, participants will receive expert guidance, encouragement, and support throughout. The trainers are committed to helping you progress at your own pace while ensuring sessions remain enjoyable, safe, and motivating.

Fit4FC is more than just a fitness class—it’s a fun, friendly, and supportive community where everyone is encouraged to feel comfortable and included.

Sessions take place every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8pm at the Allam Sport Centre, located at the University of Hull (Inglemire Lane, HU6 7TS). The venue offers excellent facilities, including a fully equipped gym and a safe, accessible space for all participants.

Spaces may be limited, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
