Hull FC Foundation Welcomes Neurodiverse Work Based Training LTD as LDSL Sponsor for the 2026 Season

The Hull FC Community Foundation is proud to announce Neurodiverse Work Based Training LTD as the official sponsor of our Learning Disability Super League (LDSL) Team for the 2026 season. This exciting new partnership brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to inclusion, opportunity, and empowering people of all abilities to thrive.

Neurodiverse Work Based Training LTD, based in Hull and delivering training locally and nationwide, specialises in creating neuroinclusive workplaces where individuals can contribute, succeed, and feel valued. Their mission aligns perfectly with the Foundation’s ongoing work to support people with learning disabilities through sport, personal development, and community engagement.

This sponsorship will provide vital resources for our LDSL team throughout the 2026 season, helping us continue to grow participation, enhance player experiences, and offer more opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities to enjoy the game they love.

Beyond team sponsorship, Neurodiverse Work Based Training LTD will play an active role across the Foundation’s wider inclusion programme. This includes delivering specialist training for Hull FC and Foundation staff, as well as workshops for players and parents throughout the year, strengthening understanding, awareness, and support for neurodiverse individuals across the club.

Mike Swainger, Head of Inclusion at Hull FC Foundation, said:

“This partnership is incredibly special for us. Having Neurodiverse Work Based Training LTD join us as the LDSL sponsor for 2026 means we can continue providing high‑quality opportunities for our players, while also enhancing the support network around them. Their expertise will help us deliver valuable training for staff, players, and parents throughout the year, and we’re excited to see the positive impact this collaboration will bring.”

For Neurodiverse Work Based Training LTD, the partnership carries both professional purpose and personal pride.

Adam Hornsby, CEO, Founder & Head of Training, said:

“As a big Hull FC fan alongside being passionate about Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity, the opportunity to sponsor the Hull FC LDSL Team for the season was a perfect opportunity and a proud moment. For me, Neurodiverse Work Based Training Solutions enables employers to have the strategies and tools in place to enable Neurodiverse employees to be successful within their workplace. Both Carl and I are ambassador’s for wanting those who are Neurodiverse to have equal opportunities and to thrive whether in sport or in the workplace. We are extremely excited to have this positive partnership with the Hull FC Foundation and look forward to the next year.”

Carl Dalby, Managing Director, Founder & Training Lead, added:

“The reason I wanted to start this business is partly due to me having my own issues with my employer, but also from seeing other Neurodiverse adults struggling in their job. So we came up with the idea of starting a company that can support Neurodiverse employees, as well as helping the employer with more awareness and strategies to support anyone that may be Neurodiverse. The opportunity to sponsor the LDSL Team is a great moment for us.”

The Hull FC Foundation is thrilled to welcome Neurodiverse Work Based Training LTD into the Hull FC family. Their support will play a key role in helping our LDSL players continue to grow in confidence, skill, and enjoyment, both on and off the field.

Together, we look forward to a season filled with opportunity, development, and unforgettable moments for our LDSL team and their families.

Our LDSL team will get their season underway in April, and the team are getting themselves ready for a fun filled packed year of Rugby.
